I am Resident at Wong Kwok Country Height Apartment at Block 2D. I like very much the environment at there peaceful and nature. But sadly lately i had found out lots of bad news from our Apartment Charm Bulletin and especially my block 2D. Well according from Charm follow up is already been done but only the Wong Kwok and the current Management Council is not respond and reply anything to us. Well let you to judge whether looking from this picture will you scared to live there. For me, i`m sure i not wish to be the next victims like the west Malaysia cases for the housing at hills landslide.

  2. I've a question, since you all put your problem in the blog or TV3 concern. Does Wong Kwok & MC take any action? My suggestion is put in the hotlines, due to this thing concern our safety.

  3. Sorry guys.. the WK mgmt already 'kapsit' with the local media.. Your only chance is the WM media. The MC will not take action 'cos they will say 'no $' and they will promise you they will do something to it, but nothing will happen. For one reason, the staff there are changing like transit passengers only.
The Mgmt are also good friends with the YBs, so it's hard to get any action against them. Semua kena belanja sudah..
Thing to do is 'never to touch their houses' cos there's bound to be problems later on. No thorough environmental analysis report done by the project engineers nor requested by the authorities... Best precaution, FLEE. b4 yr life is in danger..

I heard a lot of comment about this and that, crack ther and here, sampah2 here and ther, and bangunan nak runtuh la...but hey...is it 'runtuh' already?? Anything collapse??? Nope... relax, man.. The environment is the problem not the houses/apartment.. think about all that.. of course safety is important...but don't your mama ever taught you not to play around dangerous places??

  12. Don't simply badmouth people's name. Look around you, we stay in Kota Kinabalu its not perfect but its home. You should be ashamed if your chinese because Wong Kwok has done nothing but help the community here. So to end it FUCK YOU ALL if your not happy. Good on you for not checking your environment before buying.

  14. I think the above comment from Anonymous must me a one of the high up management for Wong Kwok he has not even got the balls to leave his name or contact details,
I also live in one of Wong Kwok disaster areas Summer Bay Resort "Not that you would want to spend a holiday there" they built the properties charge the for almost everything and give back the absolute minimum in service,
The area is like a rubbish tip trees need pruning the children's play area is a health and danger area the beach is covered in glass bottles broken light fittings and rubbish more like a landfill site than a beach and leisure area the buildings need painting and the so called putting green is overgrown with grass no chance of practicing your putting on here.

The summer Bay Cruise Cafe has never been open for months i was told due to the high rent that Wong Kwok charge surely it would be more sensible to charge a lower rent and keep this place open for the local residents and their friends than just let it rot away like most of there other properties due to lack of maintenance.

I think this company don't take there responsibilities serious all they are interested in is making money and have no desire to promote a community spirit and sense of pride for the people that live in their properties.
